心理遇险不要急 朋辈互助解难题

2016年12月15日12：30，第一教学楼104教室内人头攒动，我院的心理委员暨寝室长大会在众人期待的目光之中缓缓拉开了序幕。此次活动由我院心理健康教育服务部主办，特邀彭立春老师讲授相关心理互助知识。
会上，彭立春老师通过ppt课件向在座的心理委员和寝室长详细地介绍了“朋辈互助互助员”。彭老师先后讲述了“朋辈心理互助员”的定义、工作特点、优势和应具备的素质等内容，并特意列出需要关注的特殊人群共12种以供参考。在此基础上，老师还教导各位如何做出正确的角色定位以及如何正确处理身边的“心理危机”事件。
彭立春老师的讲授别具一格，丰富的面部表情和肢体语言为枯燥的理论知识增添了不少趣味，教室内时不时爆发出阵阵大笑。讲授接近尾声时，一段关于年轻人成长过程的搞笑短视频在引得大家捧腹大笑的同时也在揭示着成长路上的种种道理。
“朋辈辅导员会一直倾情陪伴！”会议的最后，彭老师向在场各位温馨告白道。会议结束后，心理健康教育服务部的副部长朱伟旋说道：“每当谈论有关心理健康事项的时候，我们很多人可能都会去想‘抑郁’‘压抑’‘悲伤’‘受挫’等这些词，但听了彭老师的讲解，感觉心理健康也可以谈论的这么有趣。心理健康远不是什么空中楼阁，它就发生在我们身边，发生在我们每个人身上。我们不能把它想的太远，恰恰相反，我们需要时刻去关注它，让它成为我们内心的正能量。”
