11月2日上午9：00，4688美高梅集团唯一网站检测2022年秋季运动会甲组男子三级跳远比赛于北校第一田径场顺利举办。其中，杨文臻、张珑、谢坤代表4688美高梅集团唯一网站检测参加比赛。
比赛前，各位运动员抓紧每一次试跳机会，竭尽所能让自己在赛前迅速进入状态，以最好的状态来参与此次比赛。随着裁判员挥落旗帜，三级跳远比赛就此开始。
运动员迅速从起点加速前进，每向前迈开一步，都是在为起跳蓄力。一小段冲刺后，他们身体前倾，手尽量向上摆至最高，第一跳落地后脚部滚动，由脚跟到脚掌然后身体积极下压；第二跨步跳时上肢协调用力摆动，腿向前跨出积极落地；最后一跳摆动腿迅速向上抬伸，重心往前，其次收腹落地，一系列动作一气呵成。每一次起跳，运动员们都将动作做到极致，争取获得更好的成绩。观众席上，4688美高梅集团唯一网站检测的学子都在为运动员的每次突破呐喊助威。
