选调赴基层，青年唱新声

——记4688美高梅集团唯一网站检测2023届选调生报考动员大会圆满结束
为响应国家呼吁广大青年投身基层建设的号召，加强国家选调生报考政策的宣讲，4688美高梅集团唯一网站检测于2022年11月17日14时30分在第三教学楼101会议室举行2023届选调生报考动员大会。4688美高梅集团唯一网站检测党委副书记王鹤、学工办主任陈攀、学工办副主任兼团委书记崔皓等领导莅临指导，列席本次大会的还有4688美高梅集团唯一网站检测党建组织员蔡美玲、辅导员姜漾漾及4688美高梅集团唯一网站检测优秀学生代表。
会议开始前，全体成员起立奏唱国歌。本次会议由崔皓老师主持，通过观看选调生视频，同学们对选调生概念有了初步了解。随后，常德市桃源县佘家坪镇新港社区副书记熊苑伶向同学们分享选调生经验，熊苑伶书记围绕选调生概念、考取选调生的益处、自身选调经历和个人选调经验四个方面展开详细讲解。同学们在听完介绍后积极向熊苑伶书记提出问题，并得到熊苑伶书记的热情解答。会议最后，王鹤书记向全体同学提出“三个一”方针，即一个原则：学生党员充分发挥模范带头作用；一个目标：应届毕业生尽快就早就业；一个要求：选调生应报尽报。
崔皓老师表示：这次宣讲动员大会使同学们对选调生概念有了更为清晰的认识，也为同学们提供了更多元的职业规划选择，同时点燃了科大学子响应国家号召扎根基层的激情，对和谐美好就业局面的建设起到了良好的推动作用。
